Dezalze Winelands Golf Estate Header

The HOA Boardroom is available to our home owners and external parties for private hire.

 

The board room table seats 12  comfortably, whilst there are also comfortable leather couches should your meeting be less formal.   We offer various standard packages but can customise a package for you.

Packages:

The venue is available for morning, afternoon or full day hire.

 Morning Conferences 08h00-12h00

Afternoon Conferences 13h00 - 17h00

 

Room Hire Only: 

This option is for a straight room hire with the use of a flip chart, white board and flip chart pens and pc driven projector. (laptop not included)

Half day room hire cost: R250

Full day room hire cost: R500

 

Full Day Conference Package:

This option includes room hire, the use of a flip chart, white board and flip chart pens, pc driven projector (laptop not included).
Beverages are served to your guests during the day.  It also includes a lunch at Kleine Zalze Lodges.  A choice of menu will be provided to you and must be confirmed 2 days in advance of the conference commencing.

 The beverages includes:
 

Water and mints on arrival

Tea, Coffee and biscuits on arrival

Tea, Coffee and biscuits at 11h00

Lunch at Kleine Zalze Lodges Restaurant

Tea, Coffee and biscuits at 15h00


Total cost per person: R300 (all incl)

 

Half Day Conference Package:

This option includes room hire, the use of a flip chart, white board and flip chart pens, pc driven projector (laptop not included).

The beverages includes:

In all of the above packages the hire of a laptop, screen, TV or DVD player can be arranged for an additional hiring fee.

 

Number of delegates, package and payment:

The final number of delegates must be confirmed 2 days prior to the conference.  This number serves as the basis for the planning in setting up of the room as well as ordering and preparation of the beverages when selecting the DCP or 1/2 DCP options. All payments must be made 2 days prior to the conference to confirm the booking. Dianne will email the invoice to you, you can make payment via the internet or by cheque/cash (no credit card facilities are available).   Once proof of payment has been received she will send a final confirmation of the booking to you.
